Requalification / Certification Schedule

Running: Guards can qualify seven days a week starting Saturday, May 18 at either 10:30AM or 4:00PM.

Swimming: Guards can qualify in accordance with the following schedule:

• Sunday, May 19, 12:00 PM, Ocean City Aquatic and Fitness Center Pool, 3 lanes, pool possibly shared with other patrols
• Friday, May 24, 4:00 PM, Ocean City Aquatic and Fitness Center Pool, 3 lanes, pool possibility shared with other patrols
• Sunday, May 26, 3:00 PM, Ocean City Aquatic and Fitness Center Pool, 3 lanes, pool possibly shared with other patrols
• Saturday, June 1, 8:45 AM, Whippoorwill Campground Pool (must signup for time)*
• Sunday, June 2, 8:45 AM, Whippoorwill Campground Pool (must signup for time)*
• Sunday, June 9, 8:00 AM, Whippoorwill Campground Pool (with the rookies)
• Saturday, June 15, 8:45 AM, Whippoorwill Campground Pool (must signup for time)*
• Saturday, June 22, 8:45 AM, Whippoorwill Campground Pool (must signup for time)*

* an administrator will meet you at the pool only if you signup

Advanced First Aid: By appointment guards can demonstrate skills in first aid after completion of online portion at beach patrol headquarters on their day off or during Alert Team time.

CPR: By appointment guards can demonstrate skills in CPR after completion of online portion at beach patrol headquarters on their day off or during Alert Team time.
